[BOR] How do I change the frame rate of cutscenes in Beast of Reincarnation?

Beast of Reincarnation offers two settings for how cutscenes can be played in-game. To adjust this you can follow these steps:

1. Open "Settings" while in-game 
2. Navigate to "Graphics" 
3. Navigate to "Frame Rate (Cutscenes)" 
4. Select between the option of "Cinematic (24 FPS)" or "Performance (same FPS as game settings)"
