[LEGO Party] Why won’t my Pre-Order pack install?

If you have input your Pre-Order code into your platform storefront, and it is not appearing in game, please take the following steps:

 

PlayStation:

  1. Ensure that the content has been downloaded from the store
  2. Go to ‘Manage Game Content’ on the by pressing the ‘options’ button on the controller and selecting it from the menu
  3. Select ‘Install’ on the Pre-Order Pack, which should appear if your code redemption was successful
  4. Reboot LEGO® Party! And enjoy your pre-order Minifigures
     

Xbox:

  1. Ensure that the content has been downloaded from the store
  2. Go to ‘Manage Game & Add-Ons’ by highlighting LEGO® Party! In ‘My Games & Apps’
  3. Look for the Pre-Order Pack under ‘Ready to Install’ and select
  4. Reboot LEGO® Party! And enjoy your pre-order Minifigures
     

Nintendo Switch:

  1. Navigate to the Nintendo eShop from the HOME Menu
  2. Access Your Account: In the eShop, select the icon in the upper right
  3. Select ‘Purchased by this account’ to view your previously purchased content
  4. Find the Pre-Order Pack DLC under "Additional Content for this software" and select it to redownload
  5. Reboot LEGO® Party! And enjoy your pre-order Minifigures
